Yes. We export to over 40 countries. International orders require a minimum of 200 kg and are subject to import regulations in the destination country. Our documentation team handles all export paperwork including health certificates, certificates of origin, and halal certification where required.

The terms are used interchangeably in North America. "Buffalo" in commercial parlance refers to American bison (Bison bison). It is distinct from African or Asian buffalo and significantly different in flavour and nutritional profile from conventional beef cattle.

Buffalo beef is naturally leaner than conventional beef, with approximately 25–35% less fat and higher concentrations of protein, iron, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids. It is also lower in calories per serving, making it attractive to health-conscious consumers.

Chilled (0–4°C) fresh product has a shelf life of 30–45 days from pack date. Frozen product (−18°C or below) has a shelf life of 12–18 months. All products are labelled with pack date, use-by date, and storage instructions.
